I am no longer arranging tutors for people, but if you are persistent you can find one yourself. Try the WeChat or Bainu apps and look for people in Inner Mongolia.  You can also consider doing a language exchange. If you don’t have a Mongolian speaker near you, you can find one on sites like ConversationExchange.com or MyLanguageExchange.com.

A new language learning method I have become aware of recently is called the Growing Participator Approach. You might try reading up on it. I’ve used it with one of my tutors and it seems like a much faster and more natural way of learning.

If you want something more formal, consider studying Mongolian at Inner Mongolia University in Hohhot. They have many foreign students studying Chinese and also some studying Mongolian. You should be able to find some contact information at this link.
